Level Up Your Mobile Photography Game with the Xiaomi 14T Series Masterclass

Last weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Xiaomi 14T Series Masterclass at One Ayala Makati. It was a two-day immersion into mobile photography, where I learned so much from amazing photographers.

I learned how to take better photos, especially at night. The Xiaomi 14T Series is seriously impressive, especially its camera and I can't wait to try out all the lessons that I learned. 

The event was packed with insightful sessions from renowned photographers and influencers like Atom Araullo, Jaja Samaniego, and more. The masterclass happened from October 26 until October 27, 2024. This is also opened to Xiaomi users who are curious and want to be inspired by known photographers and personalities. 

I attended the first day and session of the masterclass with renowned journalist and visual storyteller Atom Araullo, wedding photographer, Jaja Samaniego, and to talk about Leica photography is Antonni Cuesta. I was particularly fascinated by Atom’s approach to storytelling through images. He emphasized the power of capturing moments that resonate with people, and I realized how the Xiaomi 14T Series’ advanced camera system could be a perfect tool for this.

I also learned a lot from Jaja Samaniego about portrait photography and how to capture emotions. Antonni Cuesta’s session on Leica photography was mind-blowing, and I can’t wait to experiment with the 14T Series’ Leica-engineered optics.

One of the highlights of the event was the Q&A session. Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions directly to the speakers, gaining valuable insights and practical tips. It was a great way to clarify doubts and learn from the experts.

The night photography sessions with Charlon Serrano and Melvin Anore were equally inspiring. I was amazed by the clarity and detail the 14T Series captured in low-light conditions. It’s clear that this phone is a night photography powerhouse.

Beyond the insightful masterclasses, the Xiaomi 14T Series Masterclass offered a visual feast for photography enthusiasts. A captivating gallery exhibit showcased 22 stunning images captured entirely with the Xiaomi 14T Series.

This curated collection highlighted the smartphone's incredible versatility, showcasing its ability to capture breathtaking shots in diverse lighting conditions and shooting environments. From vibrant cityscapes bathed in neon lights to serene landscapes bathed in golden sunlight, the exhibit demonstrated the 14T Series' potential to capture every moment, every detail.

As I wandered through the gallery, I was amazed by the sheer creativity and technical prowess of the photographers. Each image told a story, inviting viewers to immerse themselves in the scene and experience the moment. It was a testament to the power of mobile photography and the capabilities of the Xiaomi 14T Series.

Although I only attended the first day, the second day of the masterclass is also valuable. Gabbi and Janina had some insightful tips on personal branding and content creation. Their advice, combined with the practical smartphone photography training from Daryl Dy will give the audience a clearer vision for content creators and for the aspiring ones.

The Xiaomi 14T Series truly is a game-changer. Its powerful camera system, AI-powered features, and sleek design make it the perfect companion for any photography enthusiast. I'm excited to continue exploring its capabilities and sharing my own creative journey.
