Embark on a culinary journey with Remy Martin XO and Chef Jereme Leung at Conrad Manila's exclusive "The Emperor's Table" dinner. Discover modern Chinese cuisine infused with cognac excellence.
Let me tell you about the most incredible dinner I recently had! If you're a foodie who appreciates a touch of luxury, then you need to read this.

I was fortunate enough to arrange a VIP dinner for my brand, Remy Martin at Conrad Manila. Now, Conrad Manila is swanky on its own, but this event took things to a whole new level. They teamed up with Remy Martin XO to present "The Emperor's Table," a culinary masterpiece crafted by the renowned Chef Jereme Leung of China Blue.
Let me just say, it wasn't just a meal; it was an experience.

Opulent Remy Martin XO and a Food Fit for an Emperor
Chef Leung is a rockstar in the modern Chinese cuisine world, and this dinner showcased exactly why. He created a set menu that was a symphony of flavors and textures. Each dish was a work of art, and every bite was an explosion of deliciousness.

We're talking about things like marinated crabmeat with avocado and a crispy puff roll (already drooling, right?), drunken prawns infused with Remy Martin XO (fancy!), and braised beef cheek that was so tender it practically melted in your mouth. Seriously, every course was a showstopper, and the highlight for me was how perfectly Chef Leung incorporated the Remy Martin XO. The cognac's rich notes added a whole new dimension to the flavors, making everything even more decadent.
Remy Martin XO: The Perfect Pairing
Speaking of Remy Martin XO, this cognac is the real deal. It's smooth, it's complex, and it has this amazing lingering finish that just elevates the entire dining experience. Let's just say, it wasn't your average glass of brandy!
