Robinsons Appliances’ Race to a Minute Year 5 heats up! Winners from Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao, and Metro Manila take home millions in prizes. Explore exciting deals and upcoming promos at Robinsons Appliances!

Exciting prizes and friendly competition filled the air as Robinsons Appliances concluded its ‘Race to a Minute’ Year 5! Held on March 16, 2024, at Robinsons Galleria, Manila, the event saw five teams from across the country battle it out for a chance to win incredible prizes.

A Tradition of Fun and Prizes
For years, Robinsons Appliances' Race to a Minute has been a nationwide favorite, spreading excitement and rewarding loyal customers. From 2017 onwards (with a brief pandemic hiatus), the competition has given away millions of pesos worth of appliances, gadgets, and tech for participants in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

“We're grateful for the incredible support over the years,” shared Donna San Luis, Marketing Services Manager of Robinsons Appliances. “Race to a Minute fosters sportsmanship, camaraderie, and of course, fun! We hope to see even more customers join the exciting games and surprises we have planned for the future.”

A Nationwide Race
The 2024 competition spanned four exciting legs: La Union (February 24), Dumaguete (March 2), Cagayan de Oro (March 9), and finally, Robinsons Galleria (March 16). A total of 20 teams, each with two players, raced across five challenge zones within Robinsons Galleria, showcasing their strength, speed, and quizzing prowess. The enthusiastic participation was further fueled by numerous sponsors and partners who made each leg a success.

Champions Emerge
The grand total prize pool for Race to a Minute Year 5 reached nearly PHP 2.5 million! Regional champions were crowned:

• Luzon: Kenneth Viray and Liza Jan Mendez
• Visayas: Marie Chris Trumata and Marck Anthony Pajueles
• Mindanao: Hannah Luison Yugtan and Daniel Lague
• Metro Manila: Maria Ruadil and Rogelio Castino Jr.

All participating teams received prizes to use for their shopping sprees at Robinsons Appliances stores nationwide.
