Grandparents can enjoy specially-curated activities prepared by Araneta City online. Lolo and lola will enjoy a dynamic virtual Zumba session and joint-friendly workout from Slimmers World, and a peaceful and centering virtual Yoga session care of Anytime Fitness. Keep an eye out for these workout videos – all designed for the elderlies – on Araneta City’s social media pages.

Why not invite them to join Araneta City’s fun and rewarding social media promos? Show us some stellar lolo groove and lola moves by posting a dance video with your grandparents on Tiktok! The best dance video will get a chance to win ₱5,000!

For last minute Grandparents’ Day shopping, you can enjoy free delivery for every purchase made through Ask Ara. Just visit the Ask Ara Facebook page and send a message to Araneta City’s virtual shopper on September 11. Tell Ara what you want to purchase, pay for it online, and instruct her whether your items are for pickup or delivery. For deliveries, Borzo (formerly Mr. Speedy) will bring it to your doorstep.

Onground offerings

If you want to look for good gift items yourself, you may score some great deals at the Ali Mall and Farmers Plaza Grand Bazaar! Select fashion and retail brands are putting up booths at the Farmers Plaza Activity Area, while some quirky trinkets and vintage items from Ali X will be made more accessible at the Ali Mall Activity Area.
