It's the most wonderful time of the year and there's no better way to celebrate it other than in the cold climate of Tagaytay, and we all know the best place for you to celebrate the holidays with friends and family Tagaytay is at Taal Vista Hotel. Known for their warm Filipino hospitality and of course their amazing view of the famous Taal Lake and volcano. The timeless Taal Vista Hotel settled on the Tagaytay ridge has been the home to many guests all year round, creating unique experiences and celebrating special moments.
General Manager Mr. Richard Gamlin and SM Hotels and Conventions Corporation President Ms. Elizabeth Sy |
Taal Vista Hotel ushered in the holidays with their yearly Christmas tree lighting and so much more! Prior to the lighting of the tree, they unveiled the new history panel at the Sampaguita Ballroom foyer. The history panel is actually cool, you can see the history of of Taal Vista Hotel leading up to their recently celebrated 80 years!
They had the Christmas Tree Lighting at the mid garden, standing 20ft tall, the tree was made by Filipino craftsmen from Pampanga and has 1,326 bulbs in it. The lighting of the tree is serenaded by Imusicapella Chamber Choir and the gift-giving led by Elizabeth Sy and Richard Gamlin for the Children of Augustinian Sister Servants of Jesus and Mary. They then led us to the Grand Ballroom to watch the special concert from Imusicapella Chamber Choir & Opus One and of course got treated to their holiday feast.
So cheers to Taal Vista Hotel! Congratulations on celebrating 80 years and wish you 80 more years to come and more!
The family also got to spend the night at the Taal Vista Hotel along with a couple of friends so it was close to home. It felt familiar and the place, food, and ambiance of Taal Vista Hotel just keeps the holidays cheers in check.

A place where you can enjoy tea or just the view. The Ridge Room and every room has Free Wi Fi, Safety Deposit Box, Flat Iron with Board, Air Conditioning, Hair Dryer, Smart TV, and complimentary coffee & tea.
