No plans for the weekend? Then Solaire's Latin-inspired restaurant has got you covered. Kick-off the weekend at Waterside where you can find your rhythm in their unique dining experience, tasty cocktail, and live entertainment.
The Waterside Weekend Jam starts at 7PM every Friday and Saturday. The event also coincides with the restaurant's Happy Hour so drinks are at 50% off! We were there a bit early so that gave us time to have some photos taken at the bar and had a couple of drinks at their very stacked bar.
Now if you haven't been to Waterside, it's a Latin-inspired dining restaurant offering an authentic ensemble of Latin food staples. They have a very indulgent food selection and luxurious ambiance. Their semi open-kitchen view is an experience itself where you can see your food being prepared by their skilled chefs.
Now if you plan to swing by a little later, they also enjoy Latin-inspired bites and drinks from 10:00PM to 1:00AM.
During our stay, we were serenaded by Solaire's top performers with music giving the place a nice vibe. The music fit the mood and the guests seemed to be entertained and sang along to the music. We also got to try Waterside's signature dishes like their Paellas & other savory meals.
Among the Waterside's signature dishes are the star course Pella Valenciana, the must-try Peruvian Chicken, the seafood dish Jalea Mixta and the traditonal Spanish stew with a Filipino twist Callos. Waterside's mouth-watering menu is carefully curated by the South-Africa-born Hylton Le Roux, a seasoned chef with experience in well-known freestanding restaurants in London, including the popular restaurants of Gordon Ramsay such as one at London's Savoy Hotel, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay and The Fat Duck.

To cap the evening, we ordered a couple of desserts to share. Totally yummy AF. I mean they are actually good!
