Avon Celebrates Amazing 40 years

40 years in and I think they are just warming up. In the recent product expo that they did, Avon Philippines, still the #1 direct selling beauty company showcases their best-selling products and new brands in various categories. So, I think Avon was just intimates, women's make up, fragrance, color, hand & body lotion and other accessories but when I was in the expo, I was surprised because what I learned about Avon, was that it was so much more.

I'm not sure when I chanced upon the Avon catalogue, but it was way wayyy back when I was younger. I think my 'yaya', mom, cousins and some friends had those catalogues and they would offer AVON products to their 'kumares', friends and colleagues. Honestly, back then I didn't know what they were doing and looking back at it now, I think it was amazing how that AVON was able to empower women through the products that they offer.

Beauty, well-being and financial independence, those are the things that Avon has been offering women, and men throughout these years. Avon's Put Her First mindset is about the commitment to serve their partners and customers above all. When I went to the Amazing Avon Expo, I went to the wrong room and check out the volume of the Avon representatives. Amazing! I bet there's so much more than this.

Avon has created category leaders and they continue to create other categories in the kids products and home accessories. Now, let me start with the Mars Ravelo Pinoy Komiks Heroes collection.

Covering the line in beauty, fashion, kids and home, the collection unleashes your inner superhero. Avon Philippines partnered with Mars Ravelo's for pop culture icons like Darna and Captain Barbell. 

Mark. by Avon is a makeup link for the fearless Filipina who's not afraid to #MAkeAnEpicMark through fierce makeup looks. Now, I'm not a pro in this category but looking at the product, it's definitely of quality and looks really good. 

Now, this line, Kitchen Magik, I did not know until I saw the products displayed there. Kitchen Magik products are innovative and useful gadgets and kitchenware. Actress and mom Bettina Carlos can attest to the brilliance of Kitchen Magik, "It's an important for every Filipina to have all the essentials in the kitchen, and Avon Philippines has made sure to make these accessible and affordable for them!"

Aside from the new product lines, they also showcased new collection on intimates & hand & body lotions. They also have skin whiteners and some really nice bag collection. On every station, they also had some games and challenges for guests who visits the booth and a chance to win some cool Avon prizes.

There were a lot of scents for women and I was surprised that they had some really nice scents for male too!
