Fundador Launches New Concept Store in the Philippines

It's not everyday that you get to enjoy food and beverage concocted with brandy and Sherry wines. Yes, you read that right, A L C O H O L! (Ha Ha! That got me excited!). Venice Grand Canal Mall in McKinley Hill has just opened their newest store, the Fundador Café. 

Set to be a destination, Fundador Café is a new concept created for customers who likes to indulge in a variety of beverages and cupcakes infused with liquor while shopping for rare and exclusive collections of Fundador.

They say it's the first-of-its-kind concept store in the Philippines and I think it is. 50-square meter store has its own “cocktail bar” where food and liquor lovers can both enjoy the heavenly liquor-spiked concoctions made exclusively for the store. 

The store flaunts a balanced mix of classic and modern interior design, with a vibrant wooden finish embracing the entire space to evoke an authentic touch of Spanish influences. The centerpiece, meanwhile, showcases the original Fundador barrel, the signature icon shipped directly from Jerez, Spain. 

For the cupcakes, the four heavenly variations contain Harveys Bristol Cream, which adds clean, fresh and fruity, with spicy overtones, and a velvety smoothness flavor. The Sherry Butter Cupcake, Banana Cupcake, Chocolate Cupcake, and Vanilla Butter Cupcake are also topped with Harveys Dark Chocolate Ganache for the extra kick of alcohol.  There's us enjoying the treats!

For the unique beverages, they are mixed with different Fundador brands. Hot drinks and some with coffee too! Perfect this summer are their cold choices. The Light Iced Tea mixed with a shot of Fundador Light; Café Solera, which is a premium roast coffee served with ice and a shot of Fundador Solera; and Harveys Mojito, which has the sweet taste of lemon and mint mixed with Harveys. They also have really cool blended drink choices, Orange Passion, a sweet soda based drink blended with Harveys Bristol Cream; Fundador Frappe, an ice swirl of espresso infused with Fundador Gold Reserve and Fundador Solera; and Matcha Light, a sweet, creamy vanilla blend of your favorite matcha flavor fused with smooth Fundador Light for an extra kick.
