It was my first Oishi event and I was lucky to be a part of their Oishi Snacktacular 2015 event. The three-day tasty event happened at the Trinoma Activity Center. Oishi converted the place into a mini fair setup with so much going on all over the place.
There was this huge crane like setup in the middle where participants are harnessed and they are lifted up and dipped into the pool of Oishi treats! The Oishi treats that you grab are yours! I wasn't wearing jeans and shirt so I asked my friend to do it and he can keep the Oishi treats for himself. :) Sharing is caring! That's him wearing orange. And that's Earth grabbing all the treats she can get.
Another booth that's interesting is the Oishi O-Twirl. A soft served sundae made from Oishi's Choco Chug Chocolate topped with Oishi sweet & savory treats like Oishi Pillows, Wafu Leche Flan, Gourmet Picks Potato Chips and Marty's Baconette Strips. Yummeh!
This booth I liked! I've been a fan since it came out. I used to buy by the boxes of the Oishi Smart C and stock it in our ref, but it never crossed my mind to make it a slushie! I was a treat!
There was also a booth there where you can create your own personalized bag of Oishi treats in their "Make Your Own Snack" booth. They get to pick out Oishi chips to go with the different flavors like cheese, barbecue and Nori.
Guests had their photos taken with this huge Oishi Prawn Crackers.
One that was also fun is the "Snack Shack" Guests can fill up their limited edition 2 ft. Oishi giant pack with your favorite Oishi snacks and beverage in 60 seconds! You would think that you have enough time with this one but no... You'd panic when you see your bag filling up! :) ha ha
The event was hosted by the Team O barkada, Elmo Magalona, Slater Young and Ramon Bautista. Alex Gonzaga and Kathryn Bernardo also visited the Oishi Snacktacular event on the 3rd day. The three hose also tried the different booths, Slater go so many Oishi treats I think it was almost 200!
It was a fun filled Oishi day for me, I never thought I would have that much fun. I thought I knew all of Oishi's treats, but I didn't! It was nice to be reminded of all the good treats and snack that Oishi has throughout the years. Brings back happy memories when I was a child. Looking forward to more Oishi events like this, not just for me but for other people as well who enjoys Oishi treats! So thank you Oishi! Till the next event! :)
