[Food] Guam's Jamaican Grill

Love for barbecue, spicy food and reggae music was the inspiration and motivation of the first Jamaican Grill restaurant started by Frank Kenney and Tim Murphy at the Chamorro in December. Ever since then, Jamaican Grill has become one of the popular places to dine in Guam. The one we visited is the one just across Pacific Star Resort & SPA in Tumon.

The place has a good ambiance, the reggae music helped in keeping the Jamaican vibe flowing. Friendly and hospitable staff (mostly Filipinos!) combined with good food that is priced decently is a good formula for success!

Here's something for sharing with the family. Jamaican Grill's OUR POPULAR CHICKEN & RIBS FAMILY PLATTER. $49.95. This order has a choice or rice and can feed around 6-8 persons depending on the appetite. :)

Here's something familiar, "JERK" SISIG (Bangus Belly) - $ 8.95 Really good! Better than some Bangus Sisig I've tried! :)

A place that is laid-back and just having the island mood is something that will take you the Caribbean. Wide range of food choices but people go here mostly is because of their beef ribs and Jerk Chicken. If you're looking for best BBQ in Guam that's affordable, then this is the place for you. Regulars and tourists go here for the whole Jamaican Grill experience, and I think that if ever you're in Guam, you should visit any Jamaican Grill atleast once. :)
