I remember when I was very young, Racks was on top of our list when we wanted to celebrate the holiday or an occasion. It has always been a treat to dine at this restaurant with friends and family. Of course Racks would not be complete without mentioning their famous ribs that they have been serving since they opened way back in 1992.
Now, for more than two decades, this home grown casual dining restaurant still delivers the best and tastiest flame-grilled, falls-of-the-bone treat. They say that their secret is finding the best ribs and then butchering and trimming them in-house. I remember their rib's flavors is a hickory-smoked taste with a blend of special herbs and spices. Now that's what makes their baby ribs extra good having a distinct, rich and smoky taste. Then fire-grilled and flame -broiled sealing all the goodness! YUM!!!! Now the cherry on top? Slather it with RACKS Original Barbeque Sauce!
Aside from their famous ribs, Angus beef rib eye which is seasoned with signature steak rub. To those who prefer chicken, they also have a juicy hickory-smoked chicken and they tasty and crispy Southern style fried chicken.
RACKS’ menu has something for every member of the family. Choices range from pasta dishes, and seafood selections to salads, sandwiches and starters, such as the best-selling Onion Brick which consists of thinly sliced onion rings, marinated, spiced, lightly breaded then deep fried to a crisp. While reasonably-priced, portions are large and ideal for sharing.
