My Craving for Teddy's Bigger Burgers

Finally I was able to try the much talked about burger that has hit Manila. Teddy's Bigger Burger serves Hawaiian Diner Delights that is so comforting you'd come back for more. From burgers, to pancakes (yes! pancakes!) to shakes and other diner favorites, you can find at Teddy's Bigger Burgers.

The place in Shangri-La did have a Hawaiian vibe to it. It was spacious enough and was themed nicely. Get to choose how you want your meat to be cooked and the patty size you want.

Teddy's not only have burgers, fries and shakes but also breakfast! All-day breakfast! Check out their menu.

Start your day right or simply pour in some comfort into your meal with Teddy's Classic 'fluffy' pancakes! What's interesting here is their mixes and variants. They have Macadamia Vanilla Caramel, Banana Peanut Butter, Blueberry and Strawberry.

Putting them all together just spells YUM! Teddy's melt-in-your-mouth pancakes is served with Teddy's caramel sauce, whipped cream and powdered sugar. All heavenly put together to explore in your mouth. :)

This one right here is something nice, they call it the Corned Beef Hash - P349. This is part of their breakfast menu in their two eggs category. Those chunks of corned beef is so soft you'd want to eat it again and again. Perfectly cooked eggs and potatoes just hits the spot!

Now some burgers! Teddy’s Bigger Burgers is Hawaii’s number one burger chain. They have just opened its second store in the Philippines at the 6th level, Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong City. What's cool and interesting with Teddy's is that they have a line of specialty burgers exclusively available at its new branch. 

Behold, the Samurai Burger! This particular burger is inspired by the success of Teddy’s Bigger Burgers in Tokyo, Japan. Made from 100% USDA Ground Chuck patty topped with crispy sweet potato, wasabi mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce and nori strips. You got to love the juicyness of the patty complemented by the strong flavor of wasabi balanced by the sweet taste of the teriyaki sauce! Not to mention the interesting flavor of the nori. Here's something for anyone looking for that Japanese delight. 

Next up is the Bandito Burger

Interesting burger with jalapeño and fripping cheese sauce! Yes, indeed not a burger for the non-adventurous type. But surprisingly, this burger gives an interesting bite! Gotta love the strong flavors of the jalapeño.

This last one is one of my favorite. The Elvis Burger is in the building! By its name, you'd know immediately that it was inspired by the ‘’The King of Rock ‘n Roll’s favorite burger. We all know that Elvis Presley is the adopted son of Hawaii where the king spends most of his time there. Here's a cool trivia for you, based on Teddy's Bigger Burgers research, The king loved his burger with peanut butter, bacon and bananas! That's what you'll get when you order the Elvis Burger! This particular burger at Teddy's is exclusively served at Teddy's Shangri-La. 

Teddy’s Bigger Burgers has been voted the Best Burger in Hawaii since 2001 and in Seattle in 2014. Founded by entrepreneurs Ted Tsakiris and Rich Stula, the restaurant has made its way to the country with its first store in Greenbelt 3.

It is best known for its 100% USDA Ground Chuck patty, potato bun, fresh ingredients, and its famous tangy Special Sauce. The restaurant also serves classic favorites such as buffalo wings, extra thick milkshakes, fries and sides, and sandwiches.
