Asian Food Channel Premieres : Fun in the Philippines Amazing Food Challenge Season 2

Launched at the beautiful La Veranda of Sofitel, the Asian Food Channel premiered the first episode of their second season. Now with 10 new contestants travelling to the Philippines to compete for USD 50,000 in cash and prizes.

The hit travel and culinary reality show, Amazing Food Challenge: Fun in the Philippines begins on November 27 and will air at 9pm every Thursday from 27 November 2014 to 19 February 2015 on SkyCable (Ch 22), Dream Satellite TV (Ch 27), Cignal (Ch 26) and Destiny Cable TV (Ch 71 Analog and Ch 22 Digital).

Produced in collaboration with the Philippine Department of Tourism (DOT) and the Tourism Promotions Board Philippines (TPB), Amazing Food Challenge: Fun in the Philippines returns with a fresh batch of contestants from across Asia Pacific who will battle it out for USD 50,000 worth of cash and prizes.

Sherson Lian - Asian Food Channel

Under the watchful eye of program host and celebrity cook Sherson Lian, resident judge Chef Laudico, and a guest judge from each of the five Philippine regions they will visit, contestants will tackle grueling physical and culinary challenges. Look forward to races through markets, mazes and rivers, where contestants will have to out-smart, out-run and out-cook one another. In each nail-biting episode, one contestant will be eliminated until only three remain to compete for the grand prize of USD 30,000 and a three day two night travel package to the Philippines.
