Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno Red Carpet Asian Movie Premiere Coverage

Here are some photos during the Red Carpet Asian Movie Premiere of Rurouni Kenshin: Kyoto Inferno movie earlier at SM Megamall Cinema 9. The director Keishi Otomo and actors Takeru Satoh, Emi Takei and Munetaka Aoki walked the red carpet and spent a lot of time talking to people and giving out interviews to the local and foregin press. Brought in by Warner Bros. the event was flocked by the Samurai X fans and also fans of the first movie.

They took time to sign memorabilia and other fan made Kenshin related item. Medias frrom abroad squeezed in with our local media just to get a good scoop and a good shot of these Japanese superstars.

Cosplayers were infront of the stage dressed up as characters in the Samurai X franchise.

I personally think that this Shishio costume was the best of all. :) After the long 30-45 minutes of red carpet walk, they finally made it to the stage, and at that point, flash photography was already prohibited.

Fans screamed and cheered for the man who's responsible for bringing to life one of Manga's beloved character, Kenshin Himura.

Munetaka Aoki always keep the fans laughing and crowd cheering with his playfulness on stage. Kind of like his character in the movie Sanosuke Sagara

Munetaka Aoki did his best in telling the crowd in English how happy he is to be in Manila for the premiere and fans just loved it!

The adorable and beautiful Emi Takei. My camera just couldn't stay away from her. So soft spoken and cute when she speaks. Even if I couldn't understand what she was saying, I think she was talking to me. :)
