With over 7,500 likes on Facebook, New World Makati Hotel’s page became an avenue for sharing the hotel’s latest news, promotions and offerings. Last July, they launched two Facebook apps which was geared towards providing more interactive and personal connections.
They call it the “In Touch” app. This gives everyone fast and easy access to the hotel’s front liners. No more dialing the phone, going through the process of getting their contact numbers. This way, customers are invited to send message and inquiries and other concerns to significant representatives from various areas of the hotel.
To make it simpler, you can directly message the General Manager, The Director of Sales and Marketing, Director of communications, Director of Rooms, Director of Food & Beverage, and for career openings, Director of Human Resources.
Another app that they have is the #IHeartNewWorld Photo Sharing Contest in Instagram. Mechanics are simple. Wander the streets of Makati and come up with the most unique photos while doing the "I Heart" pose and adding the hash tag #IHeartNewWorld. Like so.

Entries with the most likes win prizes and giveaways from the hotel. Simply follow the registration details and mechanics posted on the FB page.
