I got an invite from a friend to join Crimson Hotel's Slice of Italy this June. For the info of everyone, Crimson Hotel is located at Filinvest City, it is this beautifully constructed and stunning tower complex in the city of Alabang Muntinlupa. The place is really great and perfect sanctuary who wants to experience great service and those who appreciate great food. (will do separate post on their hotel rooms)

They shared that they will be offering a diverse spread of Italian dishes especially created to excite the palates, of diners. Crimson Hotel's executive Chef Alessio Loddo, is from South Italy himself and he knows his food. He also promises to provide feast for all senses.
Ciao Italia will be also offering some soothing Italian music at Cafe Eight. Indeed that we don't have to travel far all the way to Italy to experience a Slice of Italy. Indulge yourself to your favorite Italian comfort food while being surrounded by Italian artworks and hotel staff dressed in Italian festive costumes. Made possible with the hotel's partnership with Il Mercante Di Venezia.
