Looks familiar? Well, after two decades, the actual baby (Spencer Elden ) from the original NEVERMIND album of Nirvana re-creates his iconic infant-swimming album cover. Cool right?

| During 1991, the year before Nirvana's Nevermind topped the US charts on its way to selling over 10 million copies, the only rock acts to reach number one were Guns N' Roses, Skid Row, Metallica and Van Halen. |
It is now 20 years since Nevermind was released by the then little-known Seattle band, featuring hit songs including Smells Like Teen Spirit, forced alternative rock into the mainstream.
