The song was composed by Jessie Lasaten and Temy Abad then was rewritten in English by Ebe Dancel, Alex Castro and Jessie Lasaten. It is actually the English version of the song "Lipad" from the first all-digital Filipino Animated Movie entitled "Dayo - Sa Mundo ng Elementalia” from Cutting Edge Productions which will be released to international markets under the title “Niko-The Journey To Magika.”
Just recently, MYX announced Letter Day Story’s nomination for “Favorite Collaboration” for their hit song “Martilyo” with critically acclaimed rapper Gloc9 for this year’s MYX Music Awards. This comes after the same song’s win at the 2010 Awit Awards for “Best Alternative/Rock Recording.”
